Cobra Starship recorded "Good Girls Go Bad" with guest vocalist Leighton Meester. This great song was released on May 11th, 2009, being their first single from their album "Hot Mess." After release, the song was on number seven on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100! No wonder this has been everyone's ringtone for so long.

I was also surprised to find out who the producers of this song are. I'll give you a few hints: One is a judge on American Idol.... And for the other? Three words: Let It Rock.

“We got offered to work with Kara right as she was becoming an American Idol judge. We didn’t know who she was. She didn’t know who we were. We got hooked up with her, and I’m like, ‘Who is this person?’ She’s like, ‘Who’s this annoying band?’ But we got in the room, and it was like magic. We wrote the song in 15 minutes, and it’s, like, the best song on our album.”
